Aerator types and sizes
How do I know what size aerator I have?
You can measure your aerator with a tape measurer or use this quick trick to find out what size aerator you have: you’ll just need a quarter, a nickel, a dime. First, take the existing aerator off your faucet – you should be able to just unscrew it, or use a wrench if it’s on there tight. Place the coins over the aerator. If your current aerator is about the size of a quarter, you have a regular sized aerator. If it’s about the size of a nickel, you have a junior size aerator. If it’s about the size of a dime, you have a Tom Thumb aerator. You can see a quick tutorial here for regular aerators, and here for internal/cache aerators.
ALL WATER POWERED DEVICES ARE ALREADY EQUIPPED WITH REGULAR SIZE AERATORS ADAPTERS.
